Eligibility

This promotional campaign is open to all verified trading account holders with Templer Holdings Management Limited ("the Company").Participants must be of legal age in their respective jurisdictions to participate.

Promotional Period

The campaign will run from 01/01/2024 to 01/03/2024. Eligible trades must be executed within this period.

Loss Compensation

During the campaign period, traders who incur net trading losses (losses minus profits) in their trading accounts will be eligible for loss compensation.The compensation amount will be limited to a maximum of $10 per eligible trading account.

Eligible Trades

Only real trading accounts with valid and verified information will be eligible.Trades executed on all available instruments and assets are eligible for compensation.Only real accounts with no withdrawals are eligible.

Calculation of Losses

Losses will be calculated based on the difference between total realized losses and total realized profits during the promotional period.

Compensation Process

Compensation will be credited to eligible trading accounts within 3 business days following the conclusion of the promotional period.Compensation will be deposited as a trading credit.

Terms and Conditions Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

Abuse Prevention

The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent activity or abusing the campaign.

Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves risk, and losses may exceed the compensation amount. Participants are encouraged to trade responsibly and use risk management techniques.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and The Grenadines, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saint Vincent and The Grenadines.
